Jim Phillips has 24 years of real estate experience, including residential and commercial property sales and management in the Rochester area as well as in many other US states and countries. He has a master’s degree in Administrative Services, was a property and financial services representative with John Deere Company and a US military base engineer for many years. Jim is known for his attention to detail and successfully managing the buying and selling needs of residential and com-mercial property owners.
 
Jim Anderson Has been a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent  for over 10+ years. He has extensive experience in residential, farm and property valulation methods. He has an undergraduate degree in Business / Computer Science. JIm is an industry resource and has served on various local and Minnesota state-wide boards.  Jim holds multiple industry designations and is involved with the local community where he has lived for most of his life. Jim is known for his unending work ethic, passionate dedication to his clients and his willingness to help people understand the local real estate market.
